Care Companion Professional

At Glassmoon Services Limited, we're seeking a dedicated Care Companion Professional to support individuals in our Supported Living Service based in Mandon, Plymouth.
This rewarding role will involve working alongside a committed team who share a passion for delivering person-centered care. As a Care Companion Professional, you'll play a vital part in:
- Fostering meaningful relationships and connections within the community, tailored to each individual's unique needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create and maintain Support Plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Ensuring the safety and security of those in our care, while encouraging social interaction and personal growth.
- Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining relationships with family, friends, and other important people in their lives.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, an Employee Assistance Programme, and opportunities for professional development.
