Complex Care Service Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Complex Care Service Coordinator to join our growing team in the South West region. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.
In this role, you will work closely with our clinical and educational colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and resilience of our residents. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting staff to ensure they provide high-quality care and support.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in residential children's care, including supervisory experience, and hold a Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
The estimated salary for this role is £14.54 - £15.22 per hour, plus £30 sleep-in allowance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced children's and adults DBS paid for by Cambian, free onsite parking, meals, and other perks.
Main Responsibilities:

- To supervise and support staff to ensure they provide high-quality care and support.
