As a Physician Leader in Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for driving process improvements related to clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and patient scheduling.

Salary: $245,000 - $295,000 per year

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative changes in our healthcare delivery approach, working closely with our leadership team to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement and compliance initiatives. The Medical Director will also play a key role in practice transformation, driving the continued implementation of a medical home model.

  • Clinical and administrative supports include Lab Services, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services, community outreach, HIV prevention and support services, and on-site Dental Services.
