About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Administrator to support a GP Practice in Plymouth on a temporary or permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients, booking appointments, managing post and documents, and updating patient details onto the database.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a GP surgery, a good working knowledge of SystmOne or EMIS, and excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
