Office Assistant

E&G Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Assistant for a growing company based in Eynsham on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and thrives on responsibility.
As the Office Assistant your duties will include:
**Duties**:
- Manage customer relations
- Relay any questions or queries to the appropriate person in the team and respond to the customer
- A little office management and purchase supplies as needed
- Training in the software we use, so you can do a fair amount of filing and processing.
- on the odd occasion you will be asked to help out in the warehouse, but not doing any strenuous tasks.
What we are looking for:
- you are able to problem solve with the team
- You have experience using computers and are able to learn new software
- Not afraid to ask questions
The role is varied so you need to be flexible in your approach to tasks and responsibilities. You will also need excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own using your initiative. You must have experience of working in a busy focused environment.
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Witney: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
