UpNorth Group Ltd are an award winning, market-leading group of specialist building services based on the Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead.

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Administrator/Controller to join our fast paced, busy Service department. The role requires a self-motivated, committed individual who has excellent organisation skills, proficient with Microsoft Office package and is able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with colleagues, clients and suppliers across various sectors.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.

**Please note, due to the nature of the business, we operate an on-call rota which would require you to answer out of hours calls on an evening and weekend. The rota is currently 1 week's cover out of 8. An additional payment of £10 per day will be paid whilst on call.**

Key responsibilities include:

- Scheduling/planning local reactive / PPM works
- FGas / Compliance data entry
- Dealing with customer queries
- Sourcing parts & quoting repairs
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Job costing
- Managing part returns
- Timesheet and payroll preparation
- Tool calibration control
- Logging calls
- Van stock replenishment
- General administrative duties

Experience of working within a service department or similar is desirable.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
