Here at Vertu Motors we have an exciting opportunity within our Service Plan department
We are currently recruiting for a Service Plan Administrator to join the team due to company expansion
This would be a full-time permanent position based at Team Valley paying £25,000 per annum.
What can you expect from this role:
- Inbound call handling.
- Dealership enquires.
- Fast paced.
As a Service Plan Administrator, you will be the first point of contract with facilitating the customer and dealership enquiries for the service plan product. This is a fast-paced role, and the main element of this role is dealing with customers policy cancellations, wanting cancellations and refunds, bank account changes and supporting with any payment issues.
The job role will also include covering Front Desk Reception at Vertu House. This will include greeting visitors, taking deliveries, sorting post and security passes.
