If you are an experienced administrator with fantastic communication skills, we have a brilliant temp to perm opportunity for you

**The duties in your new role would be**:

- Uploading invoices and payments to the system
- Updating job details on Excel
- Working with internal and external client to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently
- Dealing with queries over the telephone and making sure they are dealt with promptly
- Building monthly reports to ensure the correct payments are being taken
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- Sending reminders for late payments
- Working with CRM system for all client contact details and updating work logs
- Working with their finance system to check payments/invoices and liaising with the finance department
- Signing off daily work and making sure the workload is shared evenly between the team
- Other general admin support where required

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Like to work as part of a friendly team
- You can start immediately
