We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior team in managing their time and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and new inquiries
  • Manage initial inquiries and maintain the CRM software
  • Assist with staff hour management once trained
  • Collaborate with the H&S Consultant to keep records up to date
  • Support HR administration for new staff
  • Use a company vehicle to transport staff as required
  • Maintain monthly checks and audit information for ISO registration
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Extensive administration/office support experience
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience using a CRM
  • IT literate
  • Strong communication skills
