Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Avenues Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Operations Managers, Service Managers, and their teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage diaries, meetings, and activities for Senior Operations Managers and their teams
- Minute meetings as required
- Assist in the development, collation, and distribution of various documents, including easy-read materials
- Maintain internal databases and produce reports as needed
- Liaise with internal functions and external agencies as relevant to specific projects
- Provide reception cover as required
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Experience in secretarial and office administration work
- Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with copy and audio typing (desirable)
- Able to prioritize workload and be self-motivated
- Good attention to detail and self-motivated
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
