About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Avenues Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Operations Managers, Service Managers, and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and activities for Senior Operations Managers and their teams
  • Minute meetings as required
  • Assist in the development, collation, and distribution of various documents, including easy-read materials
  • Maintain internal databases and produce reports as needed
  • Liaise with internal functions and external agencies as relevant to specific projects
  • Provide reception cover as required
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in secretarial and office administration work
  • Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with copy and audio typing (desirable)
  • Able to prioritize workload and be self-motivated
  • Good attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Team player
