About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior team, managing initial enquiries, and maintaining our CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior team in managing their time and appointments
  • Take calls and deal with new enquiries
  • Manage the initial enquiries and maintain the CRM software
  • Assist with the management of staff hours
  • Work closely with the H&S Consultant to keep records up to date
  • HR - Look after the administration of new staff coming onboard
  • Perform general administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Extensive administration/office support experience
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience using a CRM
  • IT literate
  • Strong communication skills
