We are working with a reputable hygiene provider based in Wrotham, seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the senior team in managing their time and appointments
- Take calls and deal with new inquiries
- Manage initial inquiries and maintain the CRM software
- Once trained, assist with the management of staff hours
- Work closely with the H&S Consultant, keeping records up to date
- Look after the administration of new staff coming onboard
- When required, be willing to use a company vehicle to drop/pick up staff from their assignments
- Keep monthly checks and audit information up to date for the ISO registration
- General administration duties as required
- Extensive administration/office support experience
- Be highly organized and efficient
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Be IT literate
- Have strong communication skills
