My well established reactive client who supplies nationally coverage is looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator. My client became a franchise with another client of mine in 2019 and now supply a variety of services to their 300 key accountson a nationally scale and is expecting an over the target turn over of £1.4 Million by the end of the year. Its an exciting time to join a growing organisation who believe in self development and growth from within.

Duties of this Service Administrator:

- Amending and updating customers details on the internal system and documentation
- Raising and scheduling new jobs which come in for emergency call outs
- Chase quotations given to clients to see if won business
- Make sure invoices are paid and shut down after jobs completed
- Request updates on jobs from engineers and gain job reports
- Handle pricing enquiries from quotations

Requirements of this Service Administrator:

- Worked within the water industry or construction schedualling engineers (Requirement)
- Proven experience of strong administrative skills
- Worked in a fast paced environment
- IT Literate
- Delivered fantastic customer service including prioritisation and organisation skills
- Has an eye for attention to detail
- Worked within a reactive servicing business background, maintenance or drainage
- Team player
