Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide reception services including answering the phone and greeting visitors
- To update and manage the social media channels for the Charity
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Maintain files and records both physically and computerised
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Strong social media skills
- Excellent organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
