We have a new opportunity available for an Administrator, based in Ipswich, offering a salary of £25’000.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Benefits include free car parking on site, 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, healthcare, a bonus scheme which is launching this financial year, EAP and discount website access.

In this role as the Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Service Operation team. This requires excellent planning, IT, and communication skills. Your administration tasks will include scheduling of preventative and unscheduled maintenance by processing and progressing orders for repairs and services, which will involve liaison with customers and the distributor network. You will also maintain the master schedule of works and assist the department by providing technical support by routing calls to the right technical support team member. In addition, as the Administrator you will complete documentation tasks, prior to invoice, and provide quotations for Service Department. Other duties include accurate invoicing.

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need...**
- Office based Administration experience in a Technical or Scientific Sales work environment.
- Planning / Scheduling experience of Engineers or Distributors or Technicians.
- Customer Service skills.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- To live in or near Ipswich, ideally with your own transport.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly team player.
- A degree is beneficial, but this is not essential.
