Administration Assistant - Work for a friendly and professional sales team close to Ipswich’s waterfront.

Adaptainer Limited is a sales and leasing container company engaging in all aspects of containerised equipment used for shipping, storage and accommodation. Today the company is regarded as a leader in the marketplace and technical innovator of intermodal containers. We pride on customer service and making sure the customer receives the best experience from order to delivery. Adaptainer is looking for a confident, friendly Sales Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Contacting hauliers to receive delivery prices
- Contacting customers to confirm delivery dates
- Managing inboxes
- Checking stock
- Answering the phones and directing customers to the right department
- Assisting customers with general enquiries

What we are looking for:

- Experience in customer service desirable
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to multitask, plan and organise workload
- Must be able to work unsupervised and well under pressure.

This role would be perfect for someone looking to work their way up in a company.

What we offer:

- Salary around £25000 per annum depending on experience
- 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday (8-4.30 a week, every 3 weeks)
- 25 days holiday
- Free parking

- Bonus scheme on a personal performance basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
