**Service Administrator**

**Salary: £25,000 plus excellent benefits package**

Scania Scotland have an exciting opportunity to join their Regional Costing team, based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Eurocentral, Motherwell. The team provide support to 9 branches in Scotland and play a pivotal role through the invoicing and costing of all work carried out.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Invoice and control branch work in progress
- Ensure any vehicle campaigns are completed and costed correctly
- Work within credit control policy and procedures
- Carry out costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to agreed standards
- Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required
- Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures
- Resolve and assist in invoice queries
- Support team and manager to resolve customer complaints

- Keen to seek solutions to problems
