**The Role**:
To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will provide Administrative and Clerical support to clinical/corporate staff to facilitate more appropriate use of clinical/corporate resources. You will also Provide patients and other service users with information and assistance as appropriate.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an admin/clerical role
- Experience in a confidential work setting
- Experience dealing with members of the public

**Contract type**:
Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 Months

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Home First - Administration within Motherwell Health Centre

The working pattern for this role Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
