Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Prior experience in an office setting performing administrative tasks.
Monday to Friday 12 - 8pm
**Immediate start. MUST have disclosure.**
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
