Business Support Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator, who will be based in our Motherwell Office.
The successful Business Support Coordinator will provide efficient, flexible and proactive support to the business group. This is a varied role and duties include, extensive administration practices, arranging and facilitating key meetings and analysing business data.
Main duties:
- You will be responsible for carrying out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas within the company.
- Working in partnership with key functions such as Sales, Operations and Support Services on areas of performance, key reporting and supporting with projects
- You will fully engage in continuous improvement with the team and across divisions and you will use your initiative to develop, implement and promote new ideas.
**Experience**:
- Degree, HNC or HND qualified graduate within a Business Management Discipline in the last 4 years is essential
- Previous experience working in a Business Support role.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage, organise, and control your workload against competing deadlines within a demanding and ever-changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to present data in a logical and engaging manner
