We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Support Service Coordinator, who will be based in our Motherwell Office.
The successful Graduate Support Service Coordinator will provide efficient, flexible and proactive support to the business group. This is a varied role and duties include, extensive administration practices, arranging and facilitating key meetings and analysing business data.
Main duties:
- You will be responsible for carrying out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas within the company.
- Working in partnership with key functions such as Sales, Operations and Support Services on areas of performance, key reporting and supporting with projects
- You will fully engage in continuous improvement with the team and across divisions and you will use your initiative to develop, implement and promote new ideas.
**Experience**:
- Degree, HNC or HND qualified within a Business Management Discipline
- Previous experience working in a Business Support role.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage, organise, and control your workload against competing deadlines within a demanding and ever-changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to present data in a logical and engaging manner
