We are looking for a confident and organised individual to join the Public Health Department based in Cameron House, Windygates.
You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the call / recall programme in Fife for cervical screening. This will include using the national IT system SCCRS (Scottish Cervical Call Recall System) that facilitates electronic screening test invitations and reporting of results. Compliance with standard operating procedures, nationally agreed procedures and quality standards is essential.
Skills and competencies associated with previous experience working to a high level within administration / information handling are essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a wider team are essential. The aptitude to work to strict deadlines, under pressure with mínimal supervision is also required.
You should be educated to HND level or have equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of Business Objects is essential. Experience gained in a health care setting would be advantageous as would practical experience using the Scottish Cervical Call Recall System.
