Office Administrator

Due to increased demand, we have an immediate part-time vacancy for an Office Administrator based in Sutton Bridge, South Lincolnshire.
We can offer 15-20 hours per week with increased hours offered if required. Please note, this role will be performed on a zero hour contract.
**Company Overview**:
We are a local family run company that has been trading for over 25 years. We are a reputable company in the area and take great pride in all the work that we do. We are a small team with loyal members of staff who are treated well in return.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process purchase invoices.
- Raising invoices for chargeable work.
- Answering inbound calls - taking service bookings, dealing with customer enquiries/queries and engaging with suppliers.
- Cost and complete engineers work sheets on completion of a service call.
- Liaise with Engineers when processing a new job order through to completion.
- Other administration duties - process and register boiler guarantees, add engineer's worksheets to the gas engineer software and much more.
**Key Requirements**:
- Knowledge and experience in accounting is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel / Sage (Experience using Sage is not essential, but highly desirable).
- Being IT proficient - Essential.
- Strong communication skills to both the customers and colleagues - Essential.
- Excellent telephone manner - Essential.
- Team player - Essential.
- Hard working - Essential
**Hours**:
- 15-20 hours per week plus overtime
**Salary**:
- £11.00-£15.00 per hour
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
