**Role Requirements**
Proven experience as an administrator preferably within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology not a requirement but would be a plus._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering a high-volume of incoming phone
- Create and schedule appointments for our surveyors to visit customers to tender for new works.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Prepare orders.
- Request quotations for raw materials from various supplier, negotiate costs, prepare purchase orders, and arrange delivery of materials to align with project deadlines.
- Manage works diary by liaising with clients to schedule all contracts works.
- Processing Engineers Timesheets
- Organisation and upkeep of filing systems
- Create risk assessments, method statements and COSHH sheets for projects.
- Prepare and submit all invoicing.
- Add customer and supplier invoices on accounts program (Sage) and reconcile accounts.
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Inputting of engineer’s time sheets ensuring correct T&Cs applied.
- Requests engineers/subcontractors for job updates on daily basis.
- Managing inbox.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
