3D Facilities Support are a well-established and expanding facilities / HVAC company looking to recruit an additional office administrator to join our growing team, in our modern and spacious offices based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a varied role in a friendly but busy office environment.
- Permanent Position (3-month probationary period)
- Full time
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- On-site parking
- On-site kitchen & break-out area
- Competitive salary, dependant on experience

**About the Role**:
**This position is office based.**

You will provide comprehensive office and administrative support. Whilst duties will evolve over time, this is a fast-paced role, so we do require someone with a minimum of 2 years previous admin experience.

**The Role Includes**:

- General administration and office duties within the Service Department
- Typing of letters and quotations
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Liaising with clients to schedule engineer’s works
- Processing of orders
- Accurately inputting and processing information on internal computer systems / field management software
- Maintenance of electronic filing systems and associated administration tasks
- Any other general administration duties as required, including supporting other functions and departments of the business as may be required

**Essential Skills**:

- A confident and personable individual who is able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and will have the ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent IT literacy and typing skills (knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used packages
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and a flexible team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, spelling, grammar and accuracy
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and conscientious
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing workloads
