About the Role:
At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Sutton. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure seamless business operations.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to meet the needs of the team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage office filing systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
