A long-standing Business Support company are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator for their offices based in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham.

As the Office Administrator you will work on a hybrid basis between either the office in Sutton Coldfield or Birmingham and your home and be part of a small team. You will be at the heart of the company operation and on-going projects and have the responsibility for ensuring all information is collected and shared in a timely fashion.

Hybrid working is available with 3 days working at home and 2 in the office, flexibility on which days or more in the office if you wish.

**Key responsibilities of Office Administrator**:

- Manage diaries for directors using a range of tools such as Outlook and Gmail
- Confirm appointments / meetings and the agendas
- Provide follow-up notes and tracking system for actions
- Update CRM with client info and use its functionality to deliver newsletters and information
- Assist with the tracking and delivery of company projects including data collection and presentations
- Order, maintain and manage post, stationery, the office manual and policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding process for new team members
- Carry out online research to support project development, ideas and feasibility studies
- Stay up on market developments relating to the clients and projects
- Introduce new technologies, apps and online tools to assist the delivery of exceptional service

**Experience and skills required**:

- Ideally educated to A level or equivalent, degree level preferred
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working in a fast-paced office environment in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- Some experience with marketing and social media would be advantageous
- Knowledge of CRM/database management would be very useful
