**Our valued client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrator based in Sutton Coldfield.**
**Administrator Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing incoming post
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organised and easily accessible
- Assist with invoicing, and other financial tasks as needed
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
**Administrator Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Hours for this role are 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday
