The London Borough of Sutton is seeking an exceptional office support professional to join the Chief Executive's team. This role involves providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining confidentiality. As an office support professional, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including arranging travel, taking minutes, and handling case work as directed by your line manager.
About the Role:
This Grade 7 position is based in the Sutton civic office and offers a six-month contract. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with a range of individuals inside and outside the organization.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
