We are in need for an exceptional service executive to join at our offices in Cottenham. Working alongside our already brilliant team

Ideally working 5 days a week, 4-8hrs per day. Start & finish hours can be agreed and for the right person we are flexible in the role.

This role will suit someone that loves a challenge, incredible at organisation and is very resourceful, plenty of tasks will be flowing and the ability to review, organise and execute or delegate will be critical to the success of role, a strong amount of customer management and self management is a trait of all of our current staff and a must have :)

**Skills and Experience**:
**Responsibilities to include**:
Customer Service
- Answering phones
- Quoting clients
- Following up with clients
- Checking contracts & review
- Develop a update our database
- Advise other services and products
- Support the team
- Problem solve client's issues

This is a very varied roll that could include helping setting up for a show to meting clients on site, plus everything in-between

**Pay rate Is Pro Rata if not full 40 hours a week**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
