We are in need for (the right) Great new team member to join at our offices in Cottenham. Working alongside our Teams.

Ideally working 5 days a week, 4hrs per day. Start & finish hours can be agreed. This can be split into some home working and some office work (Hybrid setup once trained and confident on system)

This role will suit someone that loves a challenge, incredible at organisation and is very resourceful, plenty of tasks will be flowing and the ability to review, organise and execute or delegate will be critical to the success of role, a strong amount of resourcefulness and self management is a trait of all of our current staff and very useful to have :)

**Skills and Experience**:
**Responsibilities to include**:
Customer Service
- Answering phones
- Quoting clients
- Following up with clients
- Checking contracts & review
- Develop a update our database.

Sending quotes to clients from sales specification sheets

Assisting The Director and Business as required (administrative, organising, client/supplier communications)

This is a very varied roll that could include helping setting up for a show to organising supplier meetings and everything in-between

**Pay rate Is Pro Rata**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
