We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive, **to join our clients, award-winning, technology-based company in Cambridge on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. It is an exciting time to be joining them, as they are going through a period of growth and development. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, driven, energetic, and ready to make a difference. You will be a key part of the team from day one, working with customers and partners to provide a seamless customer experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive**:

- Make our customers’ lives easy through:

- Gathering and collecting of their data
- Following up on any data queries
- Support and train the customers on our data products
- Providing 1st Line support for any questions
- Work closely with the data team to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Co-ordinate customer meetings with the Partnership Managers
- Identify additional training opportunities or data services for customers.
- Be the source of feedback on general customers satisfaction.
- Work closely with finance to raise invoices.

**Requirements for the Customer Support Executive**:

- Must have a strong customer services background, working within the commercial sector.
- Have a friendly, confident, and approachable manner and be comfortable talking to a wide range of customers.
- Be driven, take initiative, and not afraid to take responsibility.
- Have previous industry experience or an interest in software and technology.
- Be able to learn and share your insights and ideas with the team.
- Ideally you will have a background in and passion for agriculture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
