- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upselling additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting data entry and maintaining customer records in the system
- Communicating effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,722.30 per year
