**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our growing team and support our HR and people-related tasks. As our People Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing employee records, administering benefits programs, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Main accountabilities
- Compile and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records.
- Issue employment contracts, contractual change letters, transfers etc.
- Check the right-to-work status for new employees.
- Process payroll and assist with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits.
- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, pensions, and profit sharing.
- Support People related training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Report regularly on People metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being a point of contact for employees on any People related queries.
- Coordinate and, in some cases, conduct new starter inductions and support with exit interviews.
- Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures.

**What will you need to succeed in the role?**
- Experienced as an HR administrator.
- CIPD-qualified or equivalent experience within a fast-paced People function
- European HR experience is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Understanding various HR software systems, HiBob or TeamTailor would be ideal.
- Highly IT/systems literate. Strong numerical ability with well-developed Excel skills.
- Ability to work at pace, problem-solving & prioritising with a solution mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
