Collins Property Recruitment are working with an independent property consultancy based in West London who are seeking to add an additional Sales and Lettings administrator to the already established team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Data entry and producing a variety of sales and lettings documentation: market appraisal letters, new instruction letters, preparing marketing material, offer letters, sales letters, new tenancy paperwork.
- Maintaining and organising letting renewal system including chasing, producing and circulating renewal documentation.
- Assisting the Compliance Officer to adhere to Money Laundering Regulations, Right to Rent and other property related compliance
- Dealing with third parties to coordinate photos, floor plans, videos and ensuring property listings are entered correctly and displaying correctly on the internet including producing property particulars and window cards.
- Ordering stationery, office stock, printed canvass letters and canvassing stock - keeping on top of general office standards.
- Monthly and weekly reporting to the directors, KPIs etc.
- Producing minutes/notes for meetings.
- Answering calls and greeting clients from our reception desk.
- Maintain our key system to ensure compliance at all times
- Maintaining archive, filing.
- Internet and database checks.

Key Experience:

- Sales/Lettings administration experience (MUST)
- Confident organisational skills
- Ability to take instruction and complete tasks within an efficient time frame with strong attention to detail
- Likeable and able to work well with a varied team
- Knowledge of Eurolink would be an advantage but not a necessity.
- Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm
