My client is Northern Ireland’s leading supplier of office furniture, storage and stationery. Working from a large showroom based in Belfast. Their unique business model allows them to stock, supply and install everything from a single chair/desk for the home office to full design and fit-out of large commercial businesses.

Due to investment in a fantastic new showroom, they now seek to recruit a full-time permanent **Administration Executive** to assist the Director and Sales Manager with the smooth running of the back-office operations.

This promises to be an interesting, varied and rewarding role, well-suited to a self-starter who likes no two days to be the same. Daily routine will consist of the following tasks:
- Processing orders and payments on the central order & inventory management system.
- Processing purchase orders and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Daily invoicing and some credit control, sending out statements on overdue accounts.
- Help plan van routes, advise customers on delivery/installation times.
- If sales team are busy, helping customers choose the right furniture in the showroom or confirm orders over the phone.
- Keep the ‘online stores’ up to date, add new items to Amazon, Marketplace and eBay. Update prices and stock levels.
- Processing and despatching orders through courier and post.
- Ideally assist with weekly social media schedule by creating / adding content on specials etc
- Ideally have 2+ years’ experience in an office/admin/accounting/showroom environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good standard of education including Maths and English to GCSE or equivalent.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office (SAGE would be a bonus).
- Experience of working with clients, suppliers, colleagues in a professional customer focussed environment.
- Friendly, positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn on the job.

Starting salary of £23,000 (plus attractive bonuses). Office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, occasional Saturday mornings as part of rota. 28 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, free parking.
