We are looking for an experienced individual within both areas of Customer Service and Administration to work within a small team and provide excellent customer service. The goal of the role is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet minimum customer expectations. This role is located near to junction 28 of the M1.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and archive documents
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints
- Able to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to cover other areas when needed
- Communicate with renewable customers to ensure allocation and delivery of their orders
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Working knowledge of customer service software/tools.
- Experience working with SAP would be an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Genuinely excited to help customers, be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative and love to talk.

The working pattern for this role is Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 17.00pm and Friday, 8.30am - 15.30pm.
