Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare quotations and process orders efficiently
  • Accurately interpret and respond to customer inquiries
  • Engage with customers through telephone and email communication
  • Effectively document data, feedback, and customer requirements

Customer Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.


Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in a Windows/UPVC quotations, trades, estimating, or processing role is essential
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment, particularly in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficient in IT; familiarity with SAP, First Degree, and BM touch is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, plan effectively, and prioritize responsibilities
