About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing quotes, processing orders, and accurately recording data and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively and accurately record data, feedback, and customer needs.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve technical issues and think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the company.
