In this role, you will provide essential support to external sales teams and customer markets, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met and exceeded.
The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week, structured as follows: 7.30am-4.15pm from Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-12.00pm on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Creating and delivering customer quotations.
- Coordinating with various departments to verify pricing and lead time details.
- Inputting customer data into the SAP system accurately.
- Communicating with departments regarding order progress and updating customers accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies in all information handling.
Candidate Profile:
- Background in Sales Administration or Coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with SAP Systems is essential.
- Ability to quickly learn about technical products and their specifications.
- Strong communication skills across various levels.
