As the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service within our organization.

You will be expected to engage with patients, caregivers, medical personnel, and other service users in a friendly and efficient manner, both in person and over the phone.

Experience in public interaction is essential. You should be a collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities. The capacity to work independently while maintaining high standards and possessing strong IT skills is also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare for all appointments and admissions to ensure a seamless experience for patients.

- Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to individuals attending for care.

- Maintain accurate and organized case notes and related documents.

- Track medical records using the electronic patient administration system.

- Foster positive relationships with patients and staff while upholding confidentiality and adhering to information governance policies.

- Distribute departmental correspondence promptly and efficiently.

- Perform general office duties, including photocopying and preparing informational packs.

- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate message delivery.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all electronic records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
