About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PPC Support to join our dynamic team at King's Mill Hospital's Trauma & Orthopaedics Department.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Patient Pathway Co-ordinators, ensuring the smooth running of our services and providing a high level of customer service to our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Patient Pathway Co-ordinators, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and staff.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to patients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
  • Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Audio Typing Experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Good team member.
  • Diplomatic and tactful.
