ROLE: Order Administrator / Customer Service Specialist
Eurocell plc is a leading manufacturer of uPVC products, and we are seeking a skilled Order Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing orders, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an estimating or processing role, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, using your IT skills to accurately record data and feedback. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and provide high-quality customer service
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Accurately interpret customer requests
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email
- Effectively record data, feedback, and customer needs
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
