Quickits Limited is looking to recruit a full-time sales administrator to assist with internal sales and day to day office tasks.

Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, along with knowledge of using CRM systems is desired but not essential.

Duties included but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming telephone calls and liaising with customers
- Compiling sales data and creating daily reports
- Reviewing and inputting works orders onto the CRM system
- Working alongside other departments to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly
- Analysing weekly sales figures in order create end of week reports
- Maintaining a strong relationship with customers and providing order details when requested
- Quoting customers via our quoting programme
- General Office Duties

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
