The post holder will play an integral role in the Estates & Facilities team, providing a friendly, confident and efficient administration service to the members of the team and will provide day to day support on a wide variety of elements of administration, including database and record and reporting systems upkeep to ensure all are maintained with up to date and live project information.

To provide a high quality admin support service to the Estates team but most of all you will need to bring with you passion, enthusiasm and a desire to just get stuck in. The post holder will work under the direction of the Estates PA and will provide support with any help needed that will help you build the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to become a successful administration assistant for the Estates & Facilities team.

The main admin duties include ensuring an efficient and effective filing system is maintained, carrying out photocopying and scanning as needed,

General administration across the Estates and Facilities consortia, which may occasionally include other sites and offices.

The post holder will be required at times to manage their own time in order to deliver on expected tasks and objectives.

The post holder should be confident in their ability to cooperate closely with colleagues in other departments and as part of the Estates & Facilities team.
