As Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a key part in supporting the General Manager in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring effective communication across departments. Your responsibilities will include capturing and processing orders, liaising between teams, and monitoring paperwork compliance.

- Take customer queries and raise orders
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager

Requirements
- Excellent customer service, IT skills, and proficient English and Mathematics
- Well-organized and efficient with strong administrative skills
- Proven experience working in administration
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset
