We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Barclay Specialist Care Ltd. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role, where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements. Your tasks may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days and nights
  • A love of animals, as you will be required to care for the client's two family dogs
