Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualised patient care, including basic care and support
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Supporting the ward team with administrative tasks and maintaining a safe and clean environment

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ2 in Care or willingness to work towards
  • Previous customer care experience and life skills
  • Good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualised patient care
