Senior Field Marketing Manager, Emea

**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a **Senior Field Marketing Manager** to join the EMEA Marketing team, based in Thames Ditton. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, EMEA Marketing and key stakeholders in the EMEA team to establish an EMEAmarketing plan focused on delivering pipeline to assist the EMEA revenue target. You will co-develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns complemented by local programs that align with business priorities in the region using multiple platformsand channels. You will work across teams to plan and actualize marketing programmes focusing on customer retention and account expansion, but not excluding new customer acquisition. A key focus for this role is to set up an ABM program for EMEA for key strategic/Enterpriseaccounts and to develop an ABM dashboard to measure success. Another key focus area is the development of a customer advocacy programme for EMEA.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Working with EMEA Marketing and Commercial Leadership, co-develop and implement a fully integrated EMEA marketing plan that is aligned to sales targets and priority markets for new business/whitespace, cross-sell into existing and retention of existing customers
- Accountable for contributing to EMEA pipeline build and delivering against targets
- Implement and manage Account Based Marketing strategies and programmes across EMEA
- Working with the central marketing team, develop a customer advocacy program for EMEA that can be incorporated into the regional campaigns.
- Oversee campaign reporting to inspect campaign success and identify areas for optimization
- Interact with EMEA commercial leaders, collaborating on strategy, campaigns and tactics
- Work with the Solutions, Campaign, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to leverage corporate-wide marketing and ensure compliance to brand marketing standards.
- Contribute to the EMEA events strategy, focusing on key events across EMEA that deliver strong ROI
- Proactively oversee projects from problem identification/conception to completion
- Oversee, coach and develop UKI intern.
Credentials**:
- Bachelor’s degree, Significant years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in a services
- or solutions-oriented businesses.
- Be able to devise, project manage and complete marketing plans, with proven track record of success.
- Data driven, sales aligned marketing approach
- Strong digital marketing experience including Eloqua, SalesForce and Demandbase.
- Strong project management experience, be able to prioritize and meet established time frames.
- Experience in devising and achieving successful Account Based Marketing programmes, demonstrating a best practice approach
- Excellent oral and written communications, with the be able to present professionally and intelligently to leadership and internal colleagues.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; be able to build relationships and work well across multiple functions
- Work effectively and collaboratively within a global & regional marketing team.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humour.
